I. Umbral Cheat Utility Terms of Service Agreement

("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and Umbral Services ("Umbral"), governing your use of ("Umbral"). By purchasing, and/or using using Umbral, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

II. License Grant:

Umbral grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Umbral in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

III. Termination of License:

Umbral reserves the right to terminate your license to use Umbral at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you are free to purchase another license.

IV. Abuse and Reverse Engineering:

Any attempt to abuse Umbral or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the tool is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate termination of your license without notice.

V. No Warranty:

Umbral is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Umbral makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of the tool for your intended use.

VI. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Umbral be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use Umbral, even if Umbral has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

VII. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Umbral harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs arising out of or in connection with your use of Umbral.

VIII. Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

IX. Changes to Agreement:

Umbral reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on Umbral's website or through other appropriate channels. Your continued use of Umbral after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

X. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Umbral regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications.

By using Umbral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are to not use Umbral.
